We approached Sweetbay, and from the start we were impressed. They were enthusiastic, made suggestions about possible venues and had lots of ideas of food to match the occasion. Their menus were creative, showing a love of food and an eye for detail.
They took care to discuss our specific requirements and make sure we had exactly the right menu. They were efficient and professional in their approach, both before the event and on the day. Once the plans were agreed, they took care of everything, which meant we didn't have to keep checking or overseeing anything. The venue manager also commented on how impressed she was by their organisation.
On the day, the buffet had real 'wow' factor. We lost count of the number of compliments guests gave about the food. This was proved when most people returned for a second or third helping. There was plenty for everyone, with no worries about not having enough. The children's buffet was just as popular, with even fussy eaters wanting seconds!
We knew the food would be centre stage, but it was a real highlight of the day. We think Sweetbay give excellent value for money, for both quality of service and for food, and we would highly recommend them.

I am pleased to recommend Sweetbay. They provided a delicious three course meal for over fifty guests at an outdoor party on Guy Fawkes night 2006. Not only did they help decide the menu but they provided waiters who prepared the mulled wine as well as serving all the other food and drinks. Their prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the service. I will not hesitate to use them again.

4oth Birthday party - Christine Feb. 07
I booked Sweetbay to provide canapés for my Fathers 70th Birthday celebration in February. They were extremely helpful as one of the guests is celiac and there was no problem in providing a special canapés selection for her.
The food was well presented and tasted excellent. Many of the guests commented how fresh and tasty everything was. There was certainly nothing left at the end of the evening!
Sweet bay Catering provided a professional service whilst being helpful and friendly, the food more than lived up to my expectations. I would recommend then to anyone wanting first class catering.

Many thanks to you for letting us put together a buffet after a sad family funeral. Everything was fresh and tasty and looked so inviting when we saw it. It was a great help. Both adults and children enjoyed it all, it was so plentiful.
