Sweetbay is a family run business set up by Andy & his wife Wendy to offer a service with professionalism, excellent food, prepared with flair & imagination, with personal attention to detail and at competitive prices.
Andy has 20 years experience as a chef and graduated as a hospitality & catering lecturer where he taught at Swansea College. Wishing to, use his excellent product based knowledge of food and keeping up with trends in the business decided now that this is the time to present another alternative into the market of outside catering. With the emphasis more towards healthy eating options on the buffet menus.
Wendy is from a customer service background, with good interpersonal skills, use to dealing with members of the public and corporate companies. This has given her a good experience to help in her working environment.
